@ztslovebird Might wanna read the original text, then, man. He's got a couple of malnourished children hiding under his robes, named Want and Ignorance. DOOM is written on the forehead of Ignorance. Christmas present is kind of scarier than christmas yet to come, in my opinion.

@DrZaius75 Some versions are too scary, with the ghosts terrifying both audience member and Scrooge into keeping Christmas better. And some are too goofy, satirizing the story. But this version had just enough scary to show audiences that it IS a ghost story (but only when the ghost was supposed to be scary, like the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come and the Marleys), but more than enough heart and comedy to remind the audience that it is also a Christmas story!
