@thirdeaglebooks You are completely wrong. I did answer your question, I quoted from Rev 20:10. I also told you that there different contexts in which the word defeated can be used. Like I said before Satan's power of death and sin were defeated at the cross.
Hebrews 2, 14-15 "....through his death, Jesus rendered powerless him who had the power of death.
Perhaps instead of saying Satan was defeated at the cross I should have said his agenda was defeated at the cross if that makes more sense.
god is dead!!

How can Mary's seed be (as in future tense) destined to crush the serpents head when this was already accomplished when Jesus died on the cross then rose again three days later.
Satan isn't going to be defeated, he already is.

@robertkurt2 Where does the Bible say that Satan has already been defeated? Revelation 13:7 says: "And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations".

@thirdeaglebooks To those who are in Christ, Satan has been defeated and has no authority. The verse you quoted is during a time after the rapture.
Rev 20:10.."And the Devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire, where the beast and the false prophet are also and they will be tormented day and night for ever and ever"
There is no other "hero" coming through Mary's seed that will defeat death, sin and Satan. Jesus has already done that.

@robertkurt2 I removed your comment because you refused to answer my question. You claimed Satan is already defeated and I asked where does it say that in the Bible? Since the Bible never says that, you replied: where in the Bible does it say I am a co prophet? I will be happy to answer your question after you answer my question. Either that, or admit there is no place in the Bible which says Satan has been defeated. Even after Armageddon, he will seduce the nations one more time!
