There are no blue roses that actually grow, but white roses can be dyed blue with a liquid dye or spray paint. Get purple-mauve roses that look similar to a blue color with information from a sustainable gardener in this free video on gardening.
Take a vose, fill with water and the amount of blue food coloring you need. Take the rose and a knife and with the knife cut a few little notches in the bottom area of the stem. Set rose in blue water for at least 24 hours and the rose should suck up the water and turn the rose blue.
