Week one of my twenty rep squat project. Squatting 3 times a week and eating burritos plus dips, pullups, situps, and some SLDL. Should help me regain my lost muscle, and get my squat out of the ghey zone. Aiming for 20x 315 in two months, which is 5 pounds on the bar every lift, per the instructions of the program.

    Not really, they're Do-Wins. One of the few Oly shoes below $100. You can buy them at PendlayBarbell(dot)com. I hear VS Athletics oly shoes are good, too. Of course you could go nits and get yourself some Adidas Ironworks III's or that other shoe they make.
