WOW, that is suredly tweaking ones guitar. I will have to research those items and see what it would take to make those modifications to mine. thank you for all this insight

@AcousticPhases: Well, I'm using the Roland GT8 here and I'm using a Fender Twin on the left channel and a Roland JC-120 on the right.
I've got reverb at 6.5 seconds - but I use inverse filtering and set the low cut at 800Hz and the high cut at 700Hz.
I'm using Chorus which is also heavily filtered - high cut on the Chorus is 1.40KHz and the low cut is 250 Hz. No other effects.
I live in a noisy area and it's impossible to mike up an amp - it's all DI'd into my PC.

so what effects are you using to achieve the sound I ma hearing from your guitar, a classical at that,
I have a Takamine Classic EG522c and I would love to hear that sound on one of my pieces, great playing and wonderfully composed.

@AcousticPhases: №2: What I did find important for classical guitar and the style of music that both you and I tend to favour, is that string choice is critical. One of the things I did to "brighten" the sound was to make a bridge saddle out of hardened brass. Its much denser and crystalline in structure than bone and transmits high frequencies very well.
I use extra high tension silver plated bass strings. I use a guage 20 nicklewound electric for the G string and the B and E are .. more ..

I looked all over for a brass bridge or bridge saddle and found nothing, can I see a photo of this closeup that you have on yours, I was wondering, should I use a bone bridge as apposed to plastic like mine is and since I have elctronics on it, how difficult would it be to replace the bridge? I shall search youtube for such a video to show me. Guitar center has the saverez strings, so I shall pick some up.

@AcousticPhases: №3: Savarez Carbon fibre strings. They're thinner than the equivalent nylon, much higher tension and they sound a little brighter. I'm familiar with your instrument ... one of my friends over here has one and we've done the same work on his guitar and it sounds out of this world. Much better than mine!
The electronics on your instrument (TK4N) are also very user friendly as opposed to the uber expensive Fischman system on mine.
Pity I don't live down the same street!

@AcousticPhases: №4: At the end of the day, a guitar doesn't do anything on its' own. Whilst recovering from a hand injury I've been doing some tweaking and experimenting and I've got some lovely sounds lined up ... I can't wait to start recrding again.
Well, I'm going to have to love you and leave you. It's almost 1.10 am and I can hear my bed calling. Time to stack up some Zzzzz's!
Stay safe, have fun and keep those tunes coming!
