This was a demonstration of like-minded citizens of southwest Florida against runaway spending and the overgrowth of the federal government. It was held on tax day (April 15) 2009. The video begins as the town crier arives on horseback to deliver a message to all who will hear.
It is followed by an American businessman who emigrated from Romania, here to warn those who are wise enough to listen to what will happen to us as creeping socialism takes root here in America.
Idiots among us will welcome Obama's spending packages, then wonder why they're enslaved later.
@mcbrideccss I guess, for you, that really matters. Who cares if there weren't a lot of minorities there? No one who was there was woried about such racist concerns. We all listened to many news outlets which mentioned this philosophical movement that would gather at this park, and had no idea what kind of demographic makeup there would be at this rally. We were there for reason, not for race. Maybe that will begin to answer your question, unless your mind is made up already.
