@aimforcody Actually, idiot, it is if it is recorded without the consent of at least one of the parties who is being recorded. Also, if the conversation wasn't recorded in a public space, even if it is your home, it is generally considered private as the individual would be unknowing of the audio recording device. School yourself before you retort with assumptions. You cannot record a conversation in your home unless YOU or another agreeing person is party to the conversation being recorded.
