Song: Immediate Music - Serenata
Darwin IV is a fictional planet that was the subject of Wayne Barlowe's book Expedition and the television special, Alien Planet, based on Expedition. Although the details of the discovery and exploration of Darwin IV differ in the two presentations, both are essentially the same in their depiction of the planetary environment and its native life-forms, whose abundance and variety prompt the name Darwin.

  • Serenata Immortale is awesome with or without the vocal track. But, I, personally, as a man, prefer the version with the choir.

  • What's that at 1:45 or so, and why is the female of it inverted and buried?

  • wow awesome

  • @The54321gravityCAT

thornbacks followed by Rugose Floaters, if i recall correctly

  • @DeathDealingDinosaur

no. the official version has vocals in it as well. Personally i think this is the best version of the sound track used in the clip.

  • @fgt73

correct. the sea critter pic is from a different compilation and isn't used in the expedition book.

  • Is the gyro sprinter the fastest creature on Darwin IV?

  • @The54321gravityCAT Thornbacks, about the size of rhinos.

  • @dylanshane that's a sick picture, but wait, didn't all of the water in the planet evaporate and turn into the gellic substance on the gellic sea?
