We have all the proof in the world and the Ministry of Environment had sent notices to the municipal corporation for contempt and the municipal corporation has lost a recent case in high court where they were taken to task for TAKING THE LAW IN THEIR HANDS.

and BTW, stray dogs can only be controilled by ABC and not by killing. WHO has proven all over the world that killing only increases heir population, dog bites, agression and rabies. KNOW UR FACTS BEFORE CONCLUDING

India and other countries like China in general have horrendously cruel attitudes towards animals. Dogs, like humans have feelings and emotions. To treat them in this way is totally wrong. Humans I believe as a species are inherently flawed and this video only further enhances that fact. Killing does not work. Dogs are territorial, and another dog will just simply move into the dead dog’s territory. Sterilisation and vaccination is the only way. Have some compassion India!
