@garrett123s Um how do I put this... The season Chris Daughtry was in, THE ENTIRE TOP TEN HAD A PRETTY DAMN BIG SPOT IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY! Lisa- Actress on countless shows, Ace-Broadway Star, Katherine McPhee- McPhee's self-titled debut album, Katharine McPhee was released on January 30, 2007 and sold 116,000 copies its first week, debuting at #2 on the Billboard 200 Albums Chart. Id day more but I cant fit it. Think before you comment seriously.

at the time this aired, no Creed wouldn't have been caught dead on the show, because at that time, there was no Creed. They were broken up and Scott Stapp the lead singer was working on his failed solo career. they didn't get back together until like 2009 sometime. so no they wouldn't have been on the show. as far as Chris, he stuck to who he was, and didn't try to change his image to appease anyone. that's what made him a strong competitor and has made him so successful since.

@draimanfan1984 I agree, Chris is probably one of the only people to come out of that show and stick to a hard line of his own. I'm guessing that James Durbin will have similar success.
