This is one way you can build your muscles for speed. Clap push-ups can give you fast hands and strong muscles. Just don't overdo it! The jumping push gives you explosive drive and the clap develops speed. Like I said in the video, start off with 10 push-ups a set and do as many sets of 10 as you can without hurting yourself. Later work your way up to 20 push-ups a set and test how many sets you can do a day.

  • When you are good at something, there's always a small Asian guy better than you at it.

  • I just tried the double clap right after watching this video & i did it twice but i wasnt staisfied with the way i landed my hands werent as close as they were before i pushed up. when i landed they were farther apart. but i impressed myself by doing two reps! i couldnt do a third though. chest planted the floor haha

  • Firstly, yes this works on the explosiveness on your triceps, breasts and all other muscles involved. If you have trouble. Mostly a minimal of 30-40 straight normal pushups are required to have enough strength in your arms to pull this off. If you want to be sure make a variation of 30 palm pushups and 30 on the fists. (uses triceps more) Then slowly begin to use claps. Claps is not only the pushup. It's also speed. Be careful losing teeth is not uncommon. ;)
