My RPG Maker 2003 Project - Final Boss Demo

This is the Final Boss Demonstration of my RPG Maker 2003 project I'm still working on called Final Fantasy - The Power of Chaos. A lot of well known and original characters are in it. right now, I'm using a team-story system like in Sonic Heroes. 4 teams, each with 4 members and a few NPCs and hidden characters of their own. you learn skills by using items called "leaves" and you summon monsters by using different types of jewelry. It was posted on phanxgames at one time, but I think the site's down for a little while. I'll see if I can post it somewhere else.

Final Battle=================

TEAM (all lvl 99)

Phoenix(NPC)
Sakura(Shopkeeper/NPC)
Yunalesca-or Yuna FFX-(NPC)
Cid Highwind(EX skills available)


ENEMY

Shin Chaos -or Dark Tails-
lvl = 99 (original lvl = 598)
HP = 50000 (orig HP = 500000-1000000)
MP = Infinite

As you can see, this Dark Tails is heavily compressed compared to the original. I did it so he could be beaten within 10 minutes. It took a friend of mine (the same one who played Cid in this vid) little over an HOUR to beat the real Dark Tails! In the real battle, you don't have Phoenix to protect you from Dark Tails' amazingly CHEAP skills like Power Release, which causes instant death, and Rise of Chaos, which might as well be instant death since it wipes out 9999 HP! Here, if it weren't for Phoenix, Trini woulda died within the first three turns!! LOL Cid's Phoenix Guardian really helped her out a lot!!!

anyway, hope it inspires you to try to find this awesome program and play around with it. It's really the best RPG maker program around!!! Hope you like. :)

It's not much of a Final Boss Battle if you have a character in your party named Phonix that is invincible.
