Actually it is Greek song, sang all over Macedonia (Northern Greece, Southern Bulgaria, FYROM, South Albania).
If you want to go to the root of it, it is Byzantine Song of Medieval times. It is not Bulgarian or Serbian. It is Medieval Greek song.
All inhabitants of Macedonia must remember their Hellenism and even the Slavic people must remember what the Byzantine Greeks did for them - gave them arts including songs like this one, architecture, Cyrillic script and Orthodoxy.

I advise the people of FYROM to admit that they are descendants of the Vardaroiotes and Sklaveni, citizens of the Eastern Roman Empire whom were brainwashed by their past and present governments since Tito.
I advise the people of FYROM to remember that their country received 500 000 Greek refugees, yet, they do not show up in census reports. If they care about Macedonians, I advise the government of FYROM to work towards uniting with Greece.
