Humans are 100% herbivore.

-Long intestines (like all herbivore animals) for absorbing all the nutrients in plants, not for all the cholesterol and saturated fats. All carnivores have short intestines, why do you think REAL carnivorous animals never get heart disease?

-Short flat teeth (like all herbivore animals) for plants, canines and molars for hard fruits such as apples and carrots. We chew in a circle motion (like herbivore animals) not in a clamping motion (like carnivorous animals).

Pigs are not able to move and become fat and depressed. Lol reminds me of some western fat people who eat that same fat that comes from those pigs. Both become fat, depressed, not being able to move (eventually). Tell me if that's some sort of karma or just plain irony. I believe that what comes around goes around.

@FletcherHabit well, there's as many carb-addicts in my opinion. And I don't mean addicts to healthy carbs - but to refined/processed carbs/sugars. Even a vegan must admit that crap is scary.

Once you change wheat so much it's no longer recognizable and mill the crap out of it, so it's got no nutrients, then put some back and call it "enriched" it's not so healthy anymore.

And most things that come in a box at the supermarket are S C A R Y.

@FletcherHabit A recent National Geographic article suggests they do eat meat. Jane Goodall's site has the information as well, though says it needs further study.

Chimps and monkeys are well documented as eating meat in numerous places including showing it quite graphically on youtube videos. Do some digging and provide some evidence before claiming people are wrong.

The preponderance of evidence is clear on this one. Primates eat meat.

@AlbertaBeefy That is incorrect. Gorillas do NOT eat meat and what particular species of monkey are you suggesting eats meat?

@BiddaBiddaCherryPie actually, monkeys, chimps and gorillas (and other primates) all eat meat. They even cannibalize, and not just during lack of food. Some anthropologists actually believe they prize meat. You're just wrong on that one.

As for your other arguments, because we're omnivores, not predatory carnivores. We don't need to stalk/hunt and kill with canines/claws etc. Your arguments come from vegan propaganda, not science.

@AlbertaBeefy I dont deny we ate meat in the ice age. However all related animals to us, Chimps, Gorillas ect eat vegan food unless there is a severe lack of food. And why if we were supposed to eat meat do we show no methods of attacks any predator naturally? We are weak, have no natural attack mechanisms, no sharp teeth, claws, we are fairly slow in regards to running. And the fact that why cant eat meat raw without cooking it, and thats its entirely un-appetising to us raw.

I think this video is more an argument against modern factory-farming (which admittedly, is horrible) than against meat-eating itself.

And yes, there should be something done about the abuses of modern factory farming - as a meat-eater I can certainly agree with that. That's why I buy pasture-raised / grass-fed beef.
