【材料】:絞肉半斤、韭菜花4兩、開陽2匙、碎蘿蔔乾2兩、紅辣椒2支、豆豉2匙、醬油1匙、香油1匙、糖1/2匙、胡椒粉1/6匙【做法】:1、韭菜花去頭後切末,辣椒切末、蒜切末、開陽切末,絞肉加入醬油拌勻備用。2、起熱鍋加入少許油後,把蒜末、絞肉放入拌炒後,再加入辣椒末,開陽拌炒均勻。3、再把蘿蔔乾放入拌炒,再倒入豆豉,韭菜花下去拌炒。4、加入糖、胡椒粉、醬油、麻油、調味炒勻即完成這道「開陽蒼蠅頭」。
