Why is that if the GHJ is responsible for the first 120 degrees of movement and the scapula thoracic is the last 60 degrees then why if there is pain between 60 -120 degrees is that due to the rotator cuff or impingement and the last 60 degrees due to the ACJ? You would think it would be due to the GHJ and scapula thorax respectively.

winging of scapula is caused by long thoracic nerve palsy.
Great video. The only thing is, the Winging of scapula is NOT caused by lateral scapular thoracic nerve pathology , but rather LONG THORACIC NERVE pathology.
