Crossings at Willow Creek HOA Board Meeting - Dec 12, 2011

The Crossings HOA Board Meeting Dec 12th 2011 at which
1. Brenda Dozier proposed a stipulation with a rider protecting the HOA if the Dec Action failed
2. Pete Giambamco promised he would sign the stipulation personally - Neither condition was met with the stipulation actually signed by Jim Atkinson
3. Not a single Board Member spoke in favor of the stipulation - they just voted. A clear violation of Roberts Rules.
4. Brenda Dozier explained that Jim Atkinson had advised the Board that there was no problem with Scottsdale vs Mocho and its impact as to the form of the 2003 dedication
5. The covered bridge liability is owned by the HOA - interesting because the HOA D&O insurance is now being cancelled.
In an email, Jim Atkinsinson announced the HOA Board "will" ratify his failurer to follow the Board previous decision.
