Dave Cummings, founder of Hoops For Heroes, is at the mid-point of a two-year project to shoot one million free throws to raise money for injured veterans.
its an affective way to get locals to donate but its unlikely that it will have much impact through out the country. its a great cause and i think that it was a very genuine and honest effort. i dont know how the results that came from this but it is great that you care. :)
Awesome! What a way to give back....He shot some in his hometown of Newport, NH and I watched as Kids looked at him in awe, and then handed him a dollar bill to help with his cause, because his dad was in the military. He doesn't miss many either.
