Dave Cummings, founder of Hoops For Heroes, is at the mid-point of a two-year project to shoot one million free throws to raise money for injured veterans.

  • its an affective way to get locals to donate but its unlikely that it will have much impact through out the country. its a great cause and i think that it was a very genuine and honest effort. i dont know how the results that came from this but it is great that you care. :)

  • Awesome! What a way to give back....He shot some in his hometown of Newport, NH and I watched as Kids looked at him in awe, and then handed him a dollar bill to help with his cause, because his dad was in the military. He doesn't miss many either.
