Frank Erwin Center Austin TX
Sat, April 23rd, 1990

Just coming off from Wrestlemania VI, the WWF stops through Texas for its Saturday night event. Originally televised on NBC, but for us fans in Canada, we had the event broadcasted on CHCH 11.

This would feature:
"The Model" Rick Martel "Arrogance" promo/commercial
Sean Mooney interviews Bobby "The Brain" Heenan
Mean Gene interviews The Ultimate Warrior
Vince McMahon and Jesse "The Body" Ventura sign-off

  • "ARRGGHHHHH.....ask NOT for my speculation of RIIICK RUUUDE for i would rather give you the groanings of an uncaged beast, trapped in a cage!! Rather ask me about the mind of the Waaaryaaa, and why the mind of the WAAARYAA is fueled by the trappings of mental telepathy and the interaction of those interacting!! ask me NOT for candles of knowledge to brighten the dark void of confusing statements, rather ask me for pocket change to pay homage to the lost...the lost Waaaryaaaaa's!!" ghostwriter.

  • @kinghetzer yeah, when kennedy announced the start of the u.s. space rogram, he could have just said: load the spaceship with the rocket fuel, take it up to parts unknown!

  • Brainwashing, trekfanful? No need to be nasty and rude. This was just a TV show.

  • @sandinyourshoes Kind of like Hogan huh? I believe The Ultimate Warrior was fired because he was the one guy Vince could not control. Go back to watching "the Self destruction of The Ultimate Warrior" and complete your brainwashing.

  • @UltimatePhilster, you are WRONG! Andre pinned him clean with a sitdown splash in Italy in 1988. It was a house match, and it used to be here on youtube.com. It is likely that Andre was not supposed to do it. Warrior never jobbed clean, and that is likely one reason he was drummed out. No one likes that lack of being a team player.

  • @sandinyourshoes cus he never did.

  • @crassyfrake

He's(martel) dead alright man, about ten years

  • If death came for Rick Martel he'd just blind it... with arrogance!

  • Rick Rude is dead, but Rick Martel isnt

  • Man I'd buy some arrogance cologne lol
