Donald Ainsley Stuart has recently arrived in London to accept a post with the American consulate. He arrives for a dinner party hosted by wealthy American socialite Ellie Pelston. While visiting with Pelston before dinner, he has a premonition of a horrifying event and spends the rest of the evening attempting to prevent it from happening.

Host John Newland is "your guide to the unknown" in this story of the supernatural from One Step Beyond, "I Saw You Tomorrow."
