I can't believe this was made in 71. the production is so deep down and dirty it ensures that no one could ever get sick of this song like you do with other polished tracks. whoever called this sloppy clearly does not understand or get this. this has turned into my favourite sly song and that takes some doing. thanks sly from bonnie Scotland.

@SupperOfTheMightyOne Look, If you don't have anything positive to say, Don't bother to comment to me. C'mon it's just music. This is not an insulting match.

And you're also close-minded and ignorant.

@SupperOfTheMightyOne Ha Ha, Must be an Auto Tuner, Correct? I'm not a part of your crowd, junior.

And people like you are mindless shut-in hypocrites who've probably been shoving their fingers in their ears regarding music that was released after December 31st in 1989 at 11:59:59 PM. Correct?

Who in the hell called this song sloppy? Who ever did, You don't know the first thing about funk. The funk is not robotic like the bullshit you listen to today. That song is about emotion and what you used to listen today do not have a lick of soul. People like you like that generic jack-off crap you listen today. All music back in those days whether it be funk, jazz, rock, folk, country, had substance then. so try to learn about the before you dis the true music.

It is not sloppy. You can't play the funk and be sloppy. It doesn't work otherwise. Those people know exactly what they are doing. They play loose but NOT sloppy.
