Thnx Man For this. A lotta people around me (brooklyn,ny) Look at me strange for spending almost all my money on Raw organic foods. But this gives me a little more coinfidence in my beliefs and values

Brilliant!!! You have no idea how important I found this video, as my mother is suffering of dementia like symptons for quite some time now, but still, no diagnosis on it, and she is still in hospital. This does lead me to ask, can parasites or fungus cause mental problems? Similar to that of dementia? As I was told by this very amazing woman at my gym that my mother may have fungus (the same person that introduced me to Organic and Weston Price) Many thanks to who ever can reply.

In your book How to Eat Move and be Healthy in the section about fungus and parasites and the quiz on fungus and parasites the questions are rather broad. It tells me how to go about ridding my body of fungi and parasites but it then tells me to retake the quiz to see if I'm doing better. The questions seem like they are "Have you ever" questions so no matter what I do I would have the same result. Have I ever been under local anasthesia? Yes, once twenty years ago, does it still count? Tanx!

i think that movement could be just sitting in a swiss ball, or walking on the way to work everyday. 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the afternoun can make a big differrence.
