Moron on a Scooter

A Taiwanese friend of mine recorded this and let me use the video. The scooter rider in the oncoming lane on a corner is VERY common in Taiwan. I've almost been hit half a dozen times by people doing what he does in the video.

Here in Malaysia also alot of these riders. I always use the hilly winding road to reach my house and the roads are double lines along the hilly road but most motorcyclist like to over take cars infront of them. One time there was this biker overtook me even though there's a car infront of me and I'm driving quite close distance then I heard the loud biker's engine knew he was speeding overtook me and slam hard on he's breaks behind the car that was infront of me and he fell off

It's not just Taiwan, every where small displacement scooters are sold these morons show up.

Yes, a LOT of the Taiwanese are this dumb. I ride big bikes in Taiwan and it's not unusual for cars to pass cars on blind corners.

I really don't understand how they've neglected to think it through.. But far worse than that is the amount of university aged scooter riders that almost hit me from behind all the time. They are everywhere. They think we're racing. We are not. Im just riding to work. Feel free to tell your friends you 'raced' a Z1000. Please, just leave me alone. Im late for work.

I found out on my Taiwan trip, still on it, that the cameras in cars are to film accidents for legal reasons.
