主料:糯米、大米辅料:熟芝麻调料:豆沙馅、柠檬烹制方法: 1、将大米、糯米提前浸泡2个小时,再以1:1的比例放入器皿中拌匀,加适量水,挤入柠檬汁,上锅蒸熟备用; 2、将蒸好的米饭取出拌匀晾凉,取一块较密的纱布沾湿,将米饭放在中间包住压成扁片,放入豆沙馅条卷成卷,再均匀的裹上熟芝麻,切块即可食用。特点:口感软糯,香甜可口。
