I don't think so, my art teacher is african (from the US) and he's one of the nicest people I know, my best friends mom is also a foreigner and so is my uncle's wife they all live In Iceland and I don't know a single person that has a problem with them because of where they are from, I know other foreigners as well and most of them are very nice people
