@nate12387 , so are you going to just as happily obey the at least 60 *million* acts, statutes, by-laws and other 'laws' that are being pointed at you? Even when you don't know what they are? And what happens if, just like in Nazi Germany, those 'lawful' acts and statutes start requiring you to be hostile and prejudiced towards a targeted group or specific individuals? Will you lawfully obey these too? Just wondering.

This is by far the dumbest thing I have seen. Just...dumb. The jurisdiction of the state court is created by the state constitutions. The Tenth Amendment of the federal constitution allows the states the power to create those amendments.
