  • @nate12387 , so are you going to just as happily obey the at least 60 *million* acts, statutes, by-laws and other 'laws' that are being pointed at you? Even when you don't know what they are? And what happens if, just like in Nazi Germany, those 'lawful' acts and statutes start requiring you to be hostile and prejudiced towards a targeted group or specific individuals? Will you lawfully obey these too? Just wondering.

  • @jaiBavet I am not party to that contract as a sovereign of the de jure republic. I certainly know my history and I know contract law and its requirements to be lawful. You were saying?

  • This is one of several methods to beat tickets. I use the common law default method and will gladly send anyone who wants the docs for free upon the condition that they will share them with others fro free as well. PM me with an email and ref this vid and ask for the default method.Pax aut bellum!

  • THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO ACT UNDER MILITARY TRIBUNAL, READ A FUCKING BOOK, YOU, UNBEKNOWNST TO YOU, ARE UNDER A FOREIGN CONTRACT WITH BRITAIN, DONT TRY TO BE SUPER SMART IF YOU DONT KNOW YOUR HISTORY

  • @flach77 you guys are all idiots, know the law and can explain why they CAN charge you.

  • LOL yehh do you people really think the judge wants to hear all this bullcrap? LOL

  • This is by far the dumbest thing I have seen. Just...dumb. The jurisdiction of the state court is created by the state constitutions. The Tenth Amendment of the federal constitution allows the states the power to create those amendments.
