Demo of the rotational stability test for the Functional Movement Screen.
Start on all fours. Shifting your weight to one side, lift your hand and leg on the other side off the ground. Proceed to extend both the arm and leg that has been lifted off the ground until the are both parallel with the ground. Bring them back and touch your knee to your elbow and repeat for 3 reps before switching sides. Your arm and leg should remain in line with each other the entire rep.
