@96bmb Gabe Newell is the founder of Valve, who made the Half-Life series, Team Fortress 2, Counter-Strike, and many other awesome games. In the developer's commentary for most Valve games, he says "I can be reached at GabeN at valvesoftware (his e-mail)". This turned into "Gaben", then came remixes such as "To Stop A Gaben".
