Im Also Running Windows XP Pro.
I've Seen A Huge Performance Difference In Vista And XP. XP Runs A Lot Faster Than Vista.

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core
Processor 5000+ 2.60 Ghz
2 GB RAM
ATI 2600XT 256mb

i get 0 frames with 2600 xt 256 mb and 2,3 ghz dual core e6550 and 2gb ram

hey is ur card better than the hd3650 512mb and how much better is it compared to the 2600 pro 512mb

i doubt it. 512mb is always better than 256mb... but there wouldn't be much difference anyway. are you more relying on ATI cards or nvidia cards? i would personally buy the 9800 GX2 from nvidia...but that costs about $500.

yeah that weird really runs with 0 frames .... highest i get was 8 frames with low and res. 800x600

LOL i just returned a XFX 8800GT XXX because of driver issues, plugged my old 2600 in and i was like WTF? 2600 was out performing 8800GT on same settings by 5 fps? gonna stick with ATI now =)
