Description taken from Demon's original post

NOT FOR AIR was a group of shorts containing clips of old cartoons with fake bleeps over the dialogue to make it sound as though the characters were swearing. These also aired on Adult Swim during commercial breaks.

I don't know what the titles actually are, so I labeled them with the characters in them.

  • @deathscore

In separate beds with flannel pajamas? Lesbians maybe, but not gay MEN.

  • They used two different voices for Dr. Quest: this guy used here, and the guy who talks for Fred Flintstone's boss. I could never stand Dr. Quest sound like he's about to say "FLINT-STONE!!!"

  • they look liek gay partners hahaha

  • This is really some funny stuff- glad some smart apple came up with the idea to "censor" classic TV/movies & leave the rest to your imagination(which is what makes it hillarious).

  • @subliteral they don't sleep in the same bed when they're stranded in a psychopath's house

  • @Heelup That's really what it sounds like! Haha.

  • That's how they talked when the boys weren't around. But gay? Not with the twin beds , pardner.

  • I know it's probably been mentioned but...they're wearing the same pajamas...exactly the same...

  • Dr. Quest and Race Bannen were television's first gay couple...Or atleast TV's first ambiguously gay couple.

But the Jonny Quest theme music is only rivaled but Captain Nemo's theme music..Hardcore old skool.

  • The Universal Leader tape should only beep on Number 2 to ensure film and sound are in synch
