    To answer your question, the singer is Psy. His "gross"ness is part of his appeal. Most male Korean popstars are very "pretty" and have perfect images. Psy is not pretty, and has a less than perfect image. The song is called "We are the one" and was a cheering song for the 2006 World Cup team. The fact that he's ugly and can't dance makes him cool. He's like an "anti-popstar."
