  • The balls we're using are 8lbs. For the level of these athletes and the movements we're doing (and will progress too) 8lbs. has proven to be the best all around weight. The consistent 14 inch diameter creates a good target for squatting and bracing positions. The bigger decision is using reactive medicine balls or dead medicine balls.
