@ToBeSomething FM static rocks! The album dear diary is a concept album that tells of a guy moving to a new town, meeting a girl, and him discovering his faith. In this part of it the girl's father commits suicide and this song is for her

Hey can somebody explain why the song's name is " Her Father's Song." ??? I don't get it. He seems to be singing to one of his friends... Can some huge fan explain that one to me... I just discovered this band on a church mission trip while driving to Kentucky...Love them already!!!
