I love my microdermal piercing, i have quite a high pain tolerance, and didnt find it hurt much at all, just felt like a couple of injections.
I've also had my septum, navel, industrial and anti industrial, and both my industrials hurt the most,the anti industrial the worst, but its worth it in the end.

@cemckenna721 No they are usually all the same. Its you that bleeds alot or you dont... 2 of my friends got dermals from the same guy. My one friend didnt bleed., But her fiance bled and bruised alot. They also got them in the exact same place

oh jeez, brutal? im a baby but they are cute and i really want one, does it hurt that bad? 1-10? this guy was clean at it, some are really bloody. did it feel ackward after?

Everyone has different levels of pain, and unfortunately, for me, mine is very low. So I'd say 5-6 maybe? Possible 7? But that don't necessary means that it hurts that bad for you guys.

Mine got stuck, so the piercing-artist couldn't get the dermals in, under the flesh. So that kinda hurt, but it's totaly worth it!
