How to play "Baby Blue" by Dave Matthews

This is a song from Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King. If you are up for learning it, use standard tuning with a capo at the 8th fret. There is no doubt that Dave plays this song on a 12 string. I'm guessing he is using the guitar that is tuned as if you were to capo the 10th fret (Veillette Gryphon Unison 12-string), but tuned down a whole step. I apologize if the chords are hard to make out, I have pretty big hands and the capo doesn't leave you with much room to work with...
