@TheTruemouse stanley I was rather fond of reading about stanley steam cars when I was a kid (think 90's) and these steam cars were known to go in excess of 60Mph forward and backward (some people braked with the engine and ripped the chassis off O.o )

The car is not mine but a freind i know thought the steamboat association. He found/bought it it whatever condition and then restored it from there,.

That is freakin amazing. Is it street legal even though it is a replica?

It is road legal, as far asi know its registered as per the orignal car, simply heavly restored as the majority of the chassis and the boiler the engine etc is origanal.
Failing that you could always register it as a new car via an SVA/IVA inspection although it would then be on a Qplate.
