"American Idol" season six winner Jordin Sparks sings her single "The Cure"on the 2011 MDA Telethon, Sunday, Sept. 4, live from the South Point Hotel in Las Vegas. The show's theme this year was "Make a Muscle, Make a Difference" for MDA.
