Just connect the Droid to your pc with the USB cable. You will get a notification in the notification panel. Click on it. It will tell you that you are USB Connected. Click on the Mount option. After that, the phone's SD card will show up on your pc. Create a directory on your memory card for music, and copy your mp3's over from your pc and you're done.
