you can still get to the shout (storm call) easily by jumping up the arch, don't even have to go inside unless you want Rahgot's mask which increases your stamina by 70 points. i just went inside to get the ancient nord armour. The door worked for me before but it on my recent playthrough it doesn't.

I feel like such a dumbass for not knowing that you have to look at the claw to figure out the combination. My days of spending over 5 minutes guessing for each door are over!

The way to make the symbols move is to just leave, aka go through the door where there is the reloading screen, come back and should work, it worked for me, but when i try and open it with the same symbols this this vid, it won't open -_-
any advice?

I'm sorry to all of you guys having problems with these doors, i do not know how to solve this problem if you are on a different platforms, all i can suggest if the combination dont work is to look on the bottoms of your claws and see if its the same. Sorry that i cant be anymore help guys.

you have to pass through the libary to get to the spikes blocking the way to the door. when you pick up the claw the door opens. the libary is the area with lots of bookcases and shelves.
