my mom ordered stuff from Fedex and paid for overnight shipping for my birthday (which was yesterday). we just got the package today. and the shipping slip or whatever said it was processed october 26th at 1pm. it didn't get here until november 1st....ohhh. fail fedex.

I will never use Fedex ever again after what they put me through they are full of shit!!! These drivers need to be held responsible for these packages! My driver lost my package and the lady I was talking told me to put in a complaint on the driver and I did. When I called back again to make sure that the complaint was put in they said they had no record of it!!! Called twice, same thing! These people don't care about you at all!!! Now I STILL don't have my Christmas gift I was giving!!!!!

remember fedup is a major huge and cannot handle one on one customer service. they have the world too deal with. your just one of millions complaints

FedEx damaged 16 out of 23 products deliver to the same location. FedEx sent the damaged reports that are copy and pasted same damaged report to all 15 other damages products with the only different are tracking number. If you go to FedexShippingS uck.com, you can see those products are not damaged the same way. They also stated that my products are hazarded and trashed it. FedEx is hiding the evidence of their careless handling when shipping and find ways to avoid taking responsibility

I like when they say its on the way in a truck on the way I called the depo and they said it was in the truck call later it was delayed and never left the warehouse you can drive here and pick it up. I was so pissed off wasteing my whole day that I said screw it send it back to the company I bought it and I will have them ship it out with your direct competer and I also sent in a leter complaint email complaint and phone complaint and planon following up with it as well

I hate Fedex they are so lazy they always say im not home when they tried to deliver. Yet theres NO TAG. I usually get my package but they piss me off. I called to complain but they just say sorry for the inconvenience sir your package will be delivered next week. I even try to go pick it up but they say it will not return to the Depot that day. Serious pisses me off
