WOW, after reading this, and hearing this song numerous times, it adds up with what your saying.....It really makes the song to know the meaning behind it...thanks from a Mother Love Bone into Pearl Jam fan to another...listen to his reasoning about how he became the lead singer after many interviews..(of course after Andy)....gives all their songs meaning

JFC I thought Stone was a mannequin& then when he started moving!....!! Even scarier though was I didn't even wonder why PJ would have a such a ridiculous looking mannequin on stage with them :o
