Yep the clutch is slipping. I keep trying to tell the owner of the vehicle but he just keeps ignoring it and thinks it's perfectly fine. There is no way around the plain and honest truth that the clutch is not operating optimally and will need to be replaced to provide for the best performance and operation for the engine to put every last droplet of power to the wheels.
