One of the all-time best cartoon villians - the concept is brilliant. I like to imagine deeper meanings ("beware of pin"(pin=sin) or "so you're not afraid of pins, eh?" pin=PIN, IDtheft inflation monetary ego etc) But truly He has joy in his popping people. He needs to meet/make a pincushion woman in the sequel, and they'll live happily ever after reigning terror upon balloon people everywhere preferrably w/ a machine gun that shoots cyanide tipped bullets - like Bart's spozda get when he's 18.

Hehe, like everyone else here I used to watch this repeatedly on video tape as a kid. It's even more entertaining now. I love how he says "I'll but right in, and TWIST HIS CHIN!" Can you imagine doing that to someone??
Also that is the fattest army I've ever seen!
