@Aizsaule Completely agree man. I wish I had 100 more accounts so i could upvote your post as much as possible. It always annoys me when people wrongfully label him as the "villain" as that title really misses the point and complexity of Watchmen.

@Philokrates04 Bats and Veidt are so similar it is frightening. It's only Bruce's personal tragedy which created his moral code that really separates them.
Veidt and Bat are utter pragmatist, brilliant beyond any compare, strategists without peer, willing to go to whatever means to ensure their goals even if it is at the betrayal of friends and basic decency, and with enough capability in their planning that fighting them is like trying to fight someone who can see the future.
