@thegirl4404 Are you singing with a mic and amplifier? You can patch in a monitor so you can hear yourself better. Be careful not to make the volume too loud or you will tire your voice out by trying to sing over the monitor. You could also use an in ear monitor. Practice singing at home without a microphone. Cup your hands in front of your ears so you can hear yourself as you really sound. Practice starting strong no matter what the sound. Don't judge yourself as you sing.

@strongRun how old are you? What range do you have now. If you can tell me with notes on the music staff or keyboard that'd be helpful. Its difficult to answer this question without more information.
