@Podrecje Ercoli Dimeo was the first boss of the Dimeo crime family in the show, he goes to jail and jackie aprile is acting boss. Then jackie dies and tony and the rest of the family let tonys uncle Corrado soprano be boss, in reality tony is running the family behind his uncles back, thats why his uncle tries to have him killed in the first season. for the rest of the show tony is street boss while his uncle is on house arrest. After his uncle gets dementia tony is official boss of the family

@JohnGolbunny When the death of Giacomo "Jackie" Aprile is reported on television in season one, the newsreporter states that; he was the Acting boss for the 74-year-old Ercoli "Eckley" DiMeo, which then makes him over 80 years old at the end of the series, assuming he is still alive at that point.
