NJ Lawyer confronts NJ Congressman Scott Garrett at 11/5/09 Washington DC House call on the Obama Presidential qualifications requirement of US Constitution under Article II Section 1. Repblicans and all Congressman do not realize the tens of millions of voting Americans wanting this issue resolved. Although considered a minority, the numbers are large enough to impact primaries especially for Republicans who seem to be skirting the issue.

That was 2009 when thousands of common sense folks stopped their lives and took action to tell their representatives that stupid ideas like the stimulus slush fund, clunker cash and other tyrannical laws being passed are going to hurt Americans and keep folks unemployed, destroy opportunity and create more government dependents. Scott Garrett stayed that day in 2009 when several thousand people from all over the country entered the House and Senate Office buildings to meet with representatives. The Democrats and RINO's got out of Dodge that day - some hiding in the cellar. Apparently Garrett stayed and was open to taking questions.

@Silberdachs Unfortunately, the birth certificate if valid disqualifies BO as being eligible for office. Read the father's address and then read the Constitution. Second a number of people in the digital field opened the PDF released and have found it contains layers rather than what you find if it was simply scanned. @Silberdachs My credibility on the planet far exceeds this fake we have for a President. He can talk and looks great but behind all of that is incompetence. As far as the birth certificate goes - who knows - but for a man who spent tons of money - perhaps our money - to keep it from being seen and now releases it as a digital document there is no credibility including those who believe in digital documents.
