It is probably just the over-fed American in me, but it never seems like she makes enough food for the amount of people. I adore her though! The way she narrarates makes everything sound delicious and she has a wicked sarcastic sense of humor that I love.

i'm from cyprus and halloumi is one of our home cheeses!! i LOVE it!! and the way she made is real close to how me make it here! it's one of our meze! delicious!! you should try it roasted over charcoal (sorry i dont know how they call it in english)
