@ frienzedcalm I have held the emissary and it is going to be a great EDC knife plus has s30v steel which I like a little better than 154cm... You are right the pocket clip was well designed and as soon as my knife shop gets more instock, late April, they have one on hold for me along with a first production mini Bob Lum onslaught... I have the full size first production so I figured I should get both lol... I prob won't use it much, just as a collection piece but the mini is awesome!! The full

@FrenziedCalm Thats a good way to make yourself into a woman. It'll turn Nero on if he were still around.
I really like the plain edge versions, but I'm on the fence about black or satin finish. Do you prefer one over the other for any reason other than preference?

@StrixXIX - I started out liking the all black look on all my blades. But that makes people that see them piss themselves usually. Apparently only crazed murderers sharpen their pencil or cut open boxes in the workplace with black blades. So no I buy stonewash/satin/whatever "silver" blades for anything thats "EDC".

I love your channel... Also I can't believe I have like ten or more benchmades and still haven't bought a 707!!! It's def on my short list... I'm carrying the 907D2 mini stryker and love it!! It's everything the barrage is mixed with the 707... It's thinner and lighter... The 907D2 mini Stryker is my new EDC!! Strong, thin, light and I got a great price cuz it's discontinued:( great choice though, I'm gonna try n find the 707 n black n plain like the first one or one on top in the VID... I also

@Hopefaithguns - I've got a Mini-Stryker, a tanto, and really like it. If it was tip up carry I'd probably call it my favorite Benchmade, but due to the tip down carry I always tended to use the 707 for EDC instead. Although when I have to carry my EDC knife in my back pocket for whatever reason (pocket holster/dress slacks/whatever) I do reach for my Nitrous Stryker, its perfect for that - thin and narrow and tip down :) I'd still like to get a non-Tanto Stryker soon.

@Hopefaithguns - by the way, my two favorite Benchmade EDCs are the 707 and 943 models. For many reasons I really love the aluminum bodied Benchmades for EDC, and I am really looking forward to that new 470 Emissary arriving in April, I will definitely be buying one of those! It may be the best of the EDC Benchmades, with that super deep carry clip and compact size. Check it out, you may prefer it to the 707!

Is the flipping thing akin to "knife masturbation"?
TheMedievalMan 1 year ago
@TheMedievalMan - pretty much... safer than my other options too - masturbating with my knives just results in minor cuts to my hands and genitalia... masturbating to my beautiful 1911s results in holes in my floor and exploded testicles - not nearly as pleasant as the exquisite sting of slicing into one's fleshy manhood!!
