Just giving my triceps a ride with 155 for 10 on the old school skull crushers. My form is loose, but that's how I perform almost all my exercises ;)

I like to do triceps right after chest and right after my shoulders. Triceps I'll work twice a week and sometimes 3 times...they are the most significant muscle in the bench!

  • look dont hate me for sayin this but you need to work on your form..i can tell your a pretty tough guy, but your could be tougher by using the correct form. good job anyway.
